About: Lovetastic is a leading social network in the world for gay men. Lovetastic was created in 2004 as a gently subversive online social experiment: in a time when dating websites targeted gay men tended to focus exclusively on a guy's body parts and bank account. Lovetastic is also built on Ruby On Rails. It was actually already in production when we stepped in. We added test coverage using Rspec and integrated with Amazon webservices S3 and Mechanical Turk. We still maintain the site, tweaking features and fixing random things.
